WHY NFP
We are Made
for Authentic Love
"For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and the two shall become one flesh" (Mark 10:7-8).
Have you ever wondered why this verse is used so frequently at weddings? This verse is a reminder that our marriages are called to reflect the marriage between Christ and His Church.
At our wedding, we promise to God and each other that we give ourselves freely, totally, faithfully, and fruitfully. The beauty of our vows to God and one another doesn't stop at the altar, but rather each time we make love, God intends for our bodies to make in the flesh what was vowed in the words.
"I adore my husand, and by eliminating the pill I’m now so much more able to show him that. We are living, and loving each other, authentically.”
